All reservations must be reserved with a valid credit card. We accept all major credit cards. Credit cards are authorized the day of arrival for the amount of the first night’s room and tax. If a guest’s credit card declines, front desk staff will try their best to notify customer for a valid credit card to guarantee their reservation. Rooms will be cancelled if a valid credit card is not provided by 3PM.
Cash paying guests are required to pay the full amount of their stay at the time of check in. An additional $100.00 deposit is required. Upon check out guest room is inspected for damages or smoking. Should no damages have occurred, deposit is returned.
Reservations may be cancelled until 4pm LOCAL TIME on the day prior to your scheduled arrival date. Upon cancellation you will be presented with a cancellation number for your reference.
We are 100% smoke free motel. There is a $250.00 charge for smoking in a guest room. This will be added to your room charges.
Pets are not allowed in our motel. There is a $100.00 charge for pets brought into this motel. (Service pets welcome.) You may book a reservation for your pet at Wagging Tails Kennel during your stay.
Checkout time is 11:00am. If you wish to extend your check out time, please contact the front desk the morning of your departure. A late checkout time is a request and cannot be guaranteed. There is a $35.00 fee for an extended checkout time of 2pm. A checkout time after 2pm will be an additional one night’s room and tax.
Guests sign in for a room, stay 20 – 60 minutes returning to the front desk with an excuse their friends or family could not meet them, emergency at home etc. A 20% liquidated damage fee will be charged to incur the cost of the front desk, cleaning staff and the out of service room.
No COOKING in Rooms. No hot pots, fryers, crock pots etc. Microwave is provided in the lobby.
